2. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses located in the USA, Europe, and Asia depending on product availability.

This helps us ship faster and maintain consistent quality.


3. How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • UK/EU: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Due to customs, holidays, or high order volume, some delays may occur.


4. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
You can also track your order using our Track My Order page (let me create one if you want).

Tracking may take 1–3 days to update.


5. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos:

We will replace the item or offer a solution immediately.


6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in its original packaging

  • All accessories are included

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

We can modify or cancel your order only before it is processed (within the first 1–3 hours after placing the order).
Once shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

We do not issue refunds due to shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or holidays.

Yes! All Miconiq™ products are made with high-quality materials and are tested for safety and durability.


11. What if my tracking shows “delivered,” but I didn’t receive anything?

Please check:

  • With neighbors or roommates

  • Your mailbox or parcel lockers

  • Your local post office

If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier. Packages marked “delivered” are not eligible for refunds, but we will guide you through next steps.
